Sales process , Marketing and services development , beside Technical Support for PC and Networks first level , also

• Identify and develop relationships with IT investor inside Sweden and Europe and MENA Area.
• Identify new business opportunities in line with the Interfejs product and services.
• Offering the right service and products to customers.
• Position Interfejs as a leading provider of IT services within Europe and MENA Area
• Maintain an in‐depth knowledge of Company products and services
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products related HOME and Corporate IT sectors
• Monitor industry developments relating to potential business opportunities.
• Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients in conjunction with the sales and Services team
• Develop and managing a sales funnel of active opportunities.
• Attend conferences and forums to increase the reach of the organization within key networks.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic input .

• Provide input into the development of documentation for business development collateral and support activities.

• Develop and implement regular reporting to the top Management on the status of all Sales activities and revenue targets.

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring that it is configured to support and report on the sales cycle, pipeline, sales targets (actual vs target).
• Technical Support for Windows 7,8,10 , and networks wired and wireless one passive and active.
